Myeonghan citizens are a people who are on a pilgrimage to sagehood.
Any person at or above the age of eighteen, regardless of ethnicity and macronationality, who identifies with the Constitution of the Myeonghan Realm may be considered a spiritual citizen upon a successful application to His Majesty's Government.
Spiritual citizens have the right to enjoy all the rights and freedoms mentioned in Article II of the Constitution, except for the right to vote and run for public office. If a spiritual citizen wants to become a full citizen, he is required to go through a review process conducted by the Department of Home Affairs of His Majesty's Government. As a spiritual community with no territorial existence, the Myeonghan Realm does not exempt its members from their moral and legal duties to their home countries. Citizens of the Realm remain nationals of their own macronations, and therefore, must abide by the laws of the same.

Statement of Privacy
All public authorities of the Myeonghan Realm handle personal information in accordance with international standards and best practices of privacy protection. The public authorities of the Myeonghan Realm collect and process minimal personal information for specific purposes. Any changes to the purpose will require separate consent. Ordinarily, the public authorities of the Myeonghan Realm process and retain personal information within the period of one calendar year. The public authorities of the Myeongheon Realm does not disclose personal information to third parties beyond the specified purposes. Individuals have the rights to access personal information; correct or erase personal information; and suspend personal information processing.
